About The Artist

Sally Cummings

I am a self-taught artist and come from a long line of artists in my family. I am happiest when I am creating-whether that is my latest painting, or decorating my home. I feel everyone has the potential for creativity in their lives. I lead a creative group at my church, and I desire to help other artists fulfill their creative destinies.

Creativity is Worship!

I am inspired by all of God's creation! I believe, God as our Creator has chosen us and filled us with His Spirit, in wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship to design artistic works. (Exodus 31:2-5)

I often do live paintings at Christian worship conferences.

I use a variety of mediums, such as pencil, colored pencil, charcoal, and acrylic, but especially enjoy painting with oils and pastels.
